How to (re)Set Your ICSB Parent Account Password

Most of the information on our myICSB/Parents portal and in the ICSB mobile app is public, but some are accessible only after login. Follow these 5 easy steps to set your account password.


Your ICSB parent account gives you access to password-protected content both on myICSB and in the mobile app.

With a parent account, you will be able to access:

  • student and parent directories,
  • additional calendar features, like the ability to sign up for email notifications for calendar events (for all school, divisional, and athletics calendars),
  • your school emails
  • login credentials to various online libraries/encyclopedias and a digital theater subscription.



Please note: You must have a unique email address (not a shared family email) registered with the school to be able to set a password for your account!

  1. Go to the parent account login page
  2. Click on 'Forgot Username or Password'.
  3. Enter the email address you have registered with the school
  4. Go to your email inbox
  5. Follow the instructions you receive in the email (your username will be in the email as well)



AFTER you set the ICSB parent portal account password, you may download the ICSB Mobile App where you will use the same username/password to log in.
