The Lord Bless You and Keep You!
Our community celebrated the Class of 2026 as 28 graduates from 11 countries gathered for ICSB's 2026 graduation ceremony.
Following a prelude played by Mr. Paul Reed, the presentation of the Bible and the Christian Flag, students, staff, and alumni walked out carrying the flags of Bulgaria, Ecuador, France, Hungary, Ireland, Japan, Kenya, the Republic of Korea, Romania, Russia, and the United States of America. The processional followed the presentation of the flags.
The ceremony included prayer and welcome by ICSB Director Dr. Kristi Hiltibran, followed by the Valedictorian Address by Kevin Strellman and Mr. Chris Fletcher's charge to the graduates.
There were two special musical moments in the ceremony. First, Avalynn DePue, Timothy Madsen, Israel Ngala, and Svetlana Waligorsky beautifully led the congregation in the senior class's choice worship song, "The Blessing." It was moving to see teachers, parents, friends, bless our graduates with these words of sung scripture, especially at the end, where the instruments stopped, and in one unified voice, the gym echoed the words:
The Lord bless you and keep you Make His face shine upon you and be gracious to you The Lord turn His face toward you And give you peace

Later, three classically trained and immensely talented graduating seniors blessed the audience with a moment of special music, one last time before turning the page. Miroslava Toncheva played violin, Jiin Kim played cello, and Michael Muzart played piano on "Winter is Coming" by Ramin Djawadi.
The presentation of the diplomas had some sweet moments of parents getting to hand their child their High School diploma.
During the rose ceremony, every graduate presented their parents or loved ones with a rose.
After a slideshow and a closing prayer by Ms. Edit Márton, the ceremony ended with the iconic cap toss and a spirited walk-out recessional, accompanied by the cheers of friends, family, teachers, and classmates. Each moment reflected gratitude for their time at ICSB and celebration for all that lies ahead.
The Class of 2026 has left a beautiful mark on our school through their kindness, joy, and spirit of community. We pray that God will guide them with courage, wisdom, and purpose as they step into this next chapter. In other words...
