As the Fall Sports season draws to a close, we want to recognize our senior athletes and their contributions to ICSB's volleyball and soccer programs.
For the first time, ICSB hosted "Senior Night" to shine a light on our senior student-athletes. Wednesday night, between our Boys' and Girls' Varsity volleyball games, we took a few minutes to honor the ten senior athletes who have contributed to our thriving volleyball and soccer programs. These students have worked very hard this season and some have been a part of these and other ICSB sports programs for many years. The students received a keepsake poster and each one presented their mom or a special person with a flower to thank them for their support.
The following students were recognized:
Varsity Boys Volleyball: Drew Nolterieke, Ryan Strellman, Weston Ridgeway, Shane Paschall
Varsity Girls Volleyball: Madelyn Oakley, Varya Semikina, Melanie Hawkins, Charissa Thiesen
Varsity Boys Soccer: Dagimawi Seifu and Jimmy Wei
We are excited about this new tradition that provides a way to encourage and affirm the hard work of our student-athletes!
