Check out some books that can help your young student grow and learn about important issues!

Stories can have a powerful impact in our lives. By entering someone else's thoughts and experiences, children can grow in empathy and learn about experiences that they haven't encountered. 

We have a collection of books geared intentionally to help students grow in their social/emotional awareness, and that collection has been growing in recent years. Often, we purchase these by request from our staff in Supplemental Services, but these books are in the library and are available for parents and students to check out too!

We are open every school day from 8:00-16:00, except for Wednesdays when we close at 15:00.
