First-Class Murder by Robin Stevens
I liked a book called First-Class Murder. I liked how down-to-earth and realistic, and the two girls' relationship was genuine and realistic.
The Ogress and the Orphans by Kelly Barnhill
I read a book called The Ogress and the Orphans. Of many things, I liked how the story had a clear and solid yet important moral.

The Many Assassinations of Samir the Seller of Dreams by Daniel Nayeri
Samir the Seller of Dreams is a fantastic book, and it has many interesting contents with adventure and danger. It starts off okay but gets progressively more thrilling. It is about a man and his (technically) slave avoiding many hired killers. It is a fast-paced and one-day read. It is clever and light-hearted.
What If? 2 Additional Serious Scientific Answers to Absurd Hypothetical Questions by Randall Munroe
What if? 2 is a book that addresses funny and absurd questions like "What if the solar system was filled with soup up to Jupiter?" and gives them thought-through and scientific answers with comments, footnotes, and pictures that give it a funny twist. The author also includes "weird and worrying" and "short answer" sections throughout, and it is a great read.

Forest of Wonders by Linda Sue Park
I like this book because it is a light read but still thick with emotion and action. The main character is around middle school age, so it is easy to relate to him. This book will leave you on the edge of your seat, looking forward to the next book!
Cavern of Secrets by Linda Sue Park
This book helps the reader understand that friends are important. He has to think about whether he cares more about himself or his friends. This story is full of adventures and twists that take you for a wonderful ride with the main character.

The Boy, the Mole, the Fox, and the Horse by Charlie Mackesy
The Boy, the Mole, the Fox, and the Horse is a heartwarming piece of art! The book encouraged me and told me the values of friendship, love, and life. It was really extraordinary to see and experience the four characters' friendship and interaction along their "thought journey," helping each other when they were sometimes lost living life. I highly recommend this book in hopes that it will move and create warmth in everyone's heart, too!!!
The Last Cuentista by Donna Barba Higuera and Donna Matney
The Last Cuentista is a fantastic fantasy I really engaged with and enjoyed! The book illustrated the power of love and stories wonderfully! It was really hard to put down the book, with suspense building up every chapter. I absolutely fell in love with the three main characters, along with their actions and dedication!! The author's creativity and imagination showed in the plot, and it was VERY fun to read.

Iceberg by Jennifer A Neilsen
I really loved the book Iceberg by Jennifer A. Neilsen. This is one of the new books at the library and was definitely worth the read. The story takes place in the view of a young stowaway on the Titanic and captures some of the experiences people had before the ship hit the iceberg. I really liked how the characters showed true friendship and what it means to be a hero through their many layers of personality and their many actions. This is a great read if you like historical fiction and/or stories with lots of twists and turns.
Traitors Among Us by Marsha Forchuk Skrypuch
I also really enjoyed the new book Traitors Among Us by Marsha Forchuk Skrypuch. This was a very interesting book about what it was like to be a post-WWII refugee, specifically in the eyes of two young Ukrainian girls. The story follows two sisters who are captured, then escape, and finally make it to freedom. I really liked how the author conveyed the emotions of many of the characters and showed their personality through their many actions, thoughts, and words.
