Middle Grade Book Reviews!
Tricia Fraser

Middle grade students were given the opportunity to read and review new library books to earn house points. Here are the reviews we received!

From Addi G., earning points for House Welsh!

The Star that Always Stays by Anna Rose Johnson

The Star that Always Stays was a very interesting book. I liked how it was historical fiction, but more centered around modern-day problems with a slight historical twist.

The Silence Between Us by Alison Gervais

The Silence Between Us was very interesting for me because it gave me the perspective of a deaf person and I really liked learning. It was also just very well-written and sweet.

From Daniel D, earning points for House Young!

Beneath the Swirling Sky by Carolyn Leiloglou

I liked Beneath the Swirling Sky because it introduced me to something new on the subject of art, putting it under a more understandable concept

Between Flowers and Bones by Carolyn Leiloglou

As book 2 was a follow-up and it also introduced and made me wonder about more art, I enjoyed this book more than the first one.

Thanks for these reviews, Addi and Daniel!

Since these reviews were received, another 90 new books have arrived in the library. Stop in and see them today!
