Our Middle Grades is semi-departmentalized. Our program provides a broad survey of academic subjects which builds on the foundational knowledge and skills learned in lower grades and prepares students for the depth and specialization of upper school. In Middle Grades, students survey all of history, all the Bible, the main branches of science, and multiple genres of literature. They review the foundations of math and are exposed to various fine arts. This broad and wide academic exposure combines with new opportunities for spiritual growth, leadership development, and outlets for discovering their talents to create major transformation during these years.
