Lower School's Spring Day Out and About

Lower School's Spring Day Out and About
Candace Jefferies

Lower School Field Trip Day was Thursday, April 11, and it was a great time for our students to explore various engaging destinations across Budapest!

The Lord provided excellent weather for this fun outing. The students, divided by grade, took off across the area:

Pre1st and 1st grade visited Vadaspark (Budapest Zoo) and enjoyed seeing all the animal life and outdoor play.

2nd to 4th grade explored Vármúzeum (Budapest History Museum/Castle Museum) and had the chance to imagine living in medieval times. The armor fits all ages!

5th and 6th grade toured Zene Ház (House of Music Hungary) and City Park, exploring the origins of music through interactive exhibits.

7th grade visited the CSOPA Science Center, where they engaged in various hands-on science activities.

8th graders immersed themselves in the rich history and culture of the Great Synagogue and Jewish Quarter.

These field trips offer invaluable learning experiences outside the classroom, filling the day with joy, laughter, and discovery, often without the students realizing all they are learning.
