How to Log Into Your ICSB Parent Account

 

Your ICSB Parent Account gives you access to password-protected content both on the myICSB portal and in the mobile app. Learn how to log in, whether you are a RETURNING or NEW PARENT

 

With an ICSB Parent Account, you will be able to access:

  • the Attendance Form,
  • student and parent directories,
  • additional calendar features, like the ability to sign up for email notifications for calendar events (for all school, divisional, and athletics calendars),
  • an email archive of school correspondence sent to you, and
  • login credentials to various online libraries/encyclopedias and a digital theater subscription.

As soon as your child is enrolled at our school, an ICSB Parent Account is created for you.

 

HOW TO LOG IN IF YOU KNOW YOUR PASSWORD

  1. Go to the ICSB Parent Account Login Page (https://www.icsbudapest.org/login)
  2. Enter your username. As of September 2023, the username is the email address you have registered with the school!
  3. Enter your password (if you cannot remember your password, follow the steps below)!

 

HOW TO LOG IN FOR THE FIRST TIME OR IF YOU FORGOT YOUR PASSWORD

Please note: You must have a unique email address (not a shared family email) registered with the school to be able to set a password for your account!

  1. Go to the ICSB Parent Account Login Page (https://www.icsbudapest.org/login)
  2. Click on 'Forgot Username or Password'
  3. Enter the email address you have registered with the school (during the admission/enrollment or re-enrollment process)
  4. Go to your email inbox (you may need to check your spam or junk folders!)
  5. Follow the instructions you receive in the email. Your username is the same email address you registered with the school.

ICSB MOBILE APP

We highly recommend using our ICSB Mobile App! It is the easiest way to access ALL announcements, news, events, student/parent/staff directories, and important links, right on your phone.

  1. Download the ICSB Mobile App 
  2. Log into the app with your ICSB Parent Account (AFTER you set your ICSB Parent Account password)

Download the ICSB Mobile App from the AppStore or Google Play Store.

 

Setting up push notifications in the mobile app

After you download and log into the mobile app with your parent, staff, or student login:

  • Go to the 'More' tab (last one in the bottom right corner of the app screen)
  • Tap on '🔔 Notifications' at the top of the screen
  • Allow to receive notifications (tap on '🔔 Notifications again', if necessary)
  • Click on the '⚙️ Settings' icon in the upper right corner
  • Toggle on to green the different types of messages you would like to be notified about (we highly recommend turning on notifications for ICSB Alerts, Director's Letters, ICSB Weekly, and Principals Letters.

After you set up notifications, you will receive a push notification to your phone when a new email is sent out for the message type you toggled on.

Furthermore, you will be able to view these emails under '🔔 Notifications' in the mobile app at any time. Messages that had been sent out before you set up notifications will not be displayed here.
