What is a Pledge?

A pledge is a commitment of making a gift at a later date for a specific amount. It can be made as a one-time gift or as a series of payments set up by the donor. Pledges to the ICSB Annual Fund can be fulfilled by the end of the school year in which the pledge was made (June 30, 2026).

This method of giving allows every family to participate in community donations, even if they don't have the financial resources available during the few weeks of the annual fundraising campaign. Additionally, it provides the opportunity for a donor to pledge a larger amount, which can then be paid in several smaller installments over the course of the school year.

Accepting pledges helps our school to count on all actual and promised donations. That total gift amount allows the school to budget early in the school year for all special projects that the Annual Fund helps to support.
