How could anyone assume the role of the top authority figure of the Upper School knowing he would only fill in for one semester? 

Would he even be accepted in such a short time? Would he have any real authority? Sounds like an impossible job – but Mr. Eric Moore took on this role with enthusiasm. 

On October 18, the first Upper School NHS Service Day ended with satisfied responses from teachers and students and excitement as they look forward to a second Service Day in the spring.

Back towards the start of the fall athletic season, our sports fans found the football team missing from the competitive roster. But why is it missing and what is the future of ICSB football?

With the first semester and second quarter coming to an end, some students may want to consider the differences between quarter grades and semester grades, and the effect grades have on them.

“I really enjoy running,” said Miss Anna Spence, who coached this fall’s cross-country team. 

The Upper School Retreat is one of the greatest highlights of the school year. Yet not many students stop to consider the hard work that goes into planning an event of this size.

Some people might undervalue school sports because they view simply working out at the gym as a better alternative. But ICSB's Althetic Director seems to disagree. 

Do you ever feel anxious or depressed and wish you could talk to someone? Fortunately, ICSB has met that need.

Have you ever wondered how high can a human throw something? Or if it’s possible to cry so much you dehydrate yourself?

As first quarter is winding down, reporters for The Bridge asked a few of our staff and students what they are looking forward to about this school year.
