Share about a teacher(s) and how they have impacted you positively.

Ms. Spence has been a very special teacher for the Class of 2025. From the beginning of high school, she was always there for us. She stood out as the most open-minded and understanding teacher I've had. Her honesty and care helped me feel more comfortalbe in her class. Even when we made mistakes, she corrected us kindly, which made me want to improve.

Ms. Stowell also had a positive impact on me. Since the beginning of middle school, she and I were in an ELL class together to help me learn English. She made me feel welcome and was always friendly toward me. We've known each other for a long time, and throughout high school, she remained the teacher I felt most comfortable with. Her support helped me adjust and grow more confident in our school environment.

Lastly, Mr. Fletcher had a positive impact on me. He and I used to joke about whether Aston Villa or Chelsea is the better soccer team, and we often laughed with other students about the idea of a 'growth mindset.' But in the end, the growth mindset I learned from him truly helped me become a better person and a stronger follower of Christ. His class taught me more than just academics—it shaped how I think and grow.

What’s your favorite thing or memory about ICSB?

My favorite thing about ICSB is the community. I love the people here—they are warm, welcoming, and make the school environment so much more enjoyable.
