When you think of high school, what song comes to mind?

Call Me Irresponsible by Bobby Darin

What’s your favorite TV show or movie?

My favorite tv show is The Peaky Blinders

What have you been involved in at ICSB?

I was in Student Council and choir freshman year and art classes for 3 other years.

What’s your favorite place on campus and why?

I would say the gym because all of our big events happen there.

How have your teachers impacted you?

Miss Finny has been the greatest! She is super welcoming and someone anyone can trust, she also makes the best chocolate chip cookies (I will miss those forever).

Miss Olandt has created such a safe space for all her students; she has created a judgment-free zone in her classes, where students can freely express themselves without fear of being judged.

Miss Cole has taught me so much about how our world works and about politics, which I am exceptionally thankful for. She has shared an immense amount of knowledge with us.

Last but not least, I want to give a shoutout to Mr.Skinner and Mr.Hughey, who are not at our school anymore, but have made a huge impact on our lives.

What’s your favorite thing or memory about ICSB?

My favorite memories are definitely the ones from the basketball tournaments!

What is an experience you’ve had at ICSB that you couldn’t have had anywhere else?

I don't think any other international school here in Budapest has such a close community as that of ICSB. Our school might be smaller, but the community definitely sticks together through everything.

What are some of the ways you’ve grown since you first came to ICSB?

Unlike Nael, I have not grown an inch...I'm still 5'2. 🙁 There are some other things I've grown in though. I learned that you need to challenge your own beliefs from time to time; it is crucial for your personal growth. I also learned that it is crucial to learn about other worldviews, in order to gain a wider perspective!

What colleges did you apply to and where are you planning to attend?

I have only applied to one, which is my dream place to study; Polimoda, in Florence, Italy. I've been accepted and I will study fashion business!

What is your dream job?

My dream job would be to work at a well known fashion house such as: Versace, Schiaparelli, or Balenciaga.
