Contract and Agreements

After the applicant is accepted to the school, you will be required to sign the documents described below as part of the enrollment process:

 

Enrollment Contract

The Enrollment Contract establishes a legal relationship between the school and the parents. It specifies the conditions under which the school will provide instruction to the student, contains the contribution fee amount and its collection information (including payment terms and conditions).

The Enrollment Contract must be signed digitally (through our online Admission & Enrollment platform) by all legal guardians (usually the two parents) for each student every year

Furthermore, by signing the Enrollment Contract, you will acknowledge and support the contents of the Parent-Student Handbook.

 

Image & Sound Consent Form

By signing the Image & Sound Consent Form you will allow the school to take photos, videos, and sound recordings of your student during school days and at other school-related events, and use these on the school's website, social media channels, its yearbook, and other printed publications, according to the school's Privacy Policy, following all legal requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

The Image & Sound Consent Form must be signed digitally (through our online Admission & Enrollment platform) by one of the legal guardians for each student only once, during the first enrollment year

 

Field Trip Consent Form

By signing the Field Trip Consent Form you give your permission for your child to participate in school-organized field trips and agree to a liability waiver related to any inherent risks.

The Field Trip Consent Form must be signed digitally (through our online Admission & Enrollment platform) by one of the legal guardians for each student only once, during the first enrollment year

 

Health Agreement

By signing the Health Agreement you acknowledge the mandatory vaccination requirements (giving permission to the school to administer the required age-appropriate vaccines), consent to emergency treatment and the annual physical examination, report any medical conditions and allergies, and allow or deny the Health Office to administer medication at school to treat mild symptoms.

The Health Agreement must be signed digitally (through our online Admission & Enrollment platform) by one of the legal guardians for each student every year

 

Athletics Agreement

(for students entering 6th grade and up)

By signing the Athletics Agreement you acknowledge the conditions of eligibility to participate in ICSB's Athletics Program, give permission for your child to participate in the program, and assume your child's responsibility for the condition of the sports uniform.

The Athletics Agreement must be signed digitally (through our online Admission & Enrollment platform) by one of the legal guardians for students in 6th grade and up every year
