English 9/10
Summer Reading is part of the Library Summer Reading program this year. Here is a post to the Summer Reading Adventure. Recommended titles that will support the 9/10 English courses this year are:
- Tree Grows in Brooklyn - Betty Smith - 1943
- Little Women - Louisa May Alcott - 1868
- The Great Gatsby - F. Scott Fitzgerald - 1925
- Gone with the Wind - Margaret Mitchell - 1936
- Lord of the Flies - William Golding - 1954
While none of these books are required reading, please plan to engage with the summer reading program this summer.
